Weightloss 101

Tips for the weightloss addict:

1. Eat atleast 6-8 times a day. The secret to increasing your metabolism is to eat atleast every 2-3hours in a day (note:small frequent feedings,not full meals every 2-3hrs)

2. Drink plenty of fluids

3. Exercise atleast 15mins. a day
